Saxon Harding: I have lived in Costello Gardens since 2000 when the Association began. From 2015 until April, 2024, I was the president of the Association, the last 5 acting as the property manager. The Common Property includes parking lots and green spaces. The Association is currently managed CMG. The AGM this fall gives owners a chance to ask questions of the new board or committee as they like to be called. The blog will give owners the background to some of the issues in our association.
